Certifications and Memberships
As part of the IBCC’s effort to serve small businesses, web-related vendors are offered certification courses to become IBC Certified. Once vendors receive the IBC Certification they are eligible to be added to the Internet Building Codes Council exclusive Referral List. All approved vendors are required to have successfully completed the IBCC certification process, including strict registration requirements, completion of the IBCC curriculum, testing, submission of references from satisfied customers and a clean record according to the IBCC customer satisfaction hotline. IBCC Certified Web Providers have vowed to follow the Guidelines for Effective Websites, develop their sites in accordance with the regulations set forth in the Internet Building Codes and uphold the high standards of the IBCC.
